Henan Xianhe Special Pulp and Paper is the largest paper producer in China, with its own forestry, pulping, paper making and coating capabilities the mill produces over 450,000 tonnes of paper per annum. Thermal paper is a major product line for the mill producing a broad range of lint free papers with plans to increase capacity further due to growing demand. Our ranges include BPA Free and Phenol Free (pending release), with weights ranging from 45gsm to 220gsm, top coated and non-top coated to ensure we can meet the needs of all major applications. The thermal coatings can include Standard Sensitivity, Medium Sensitivity and High Sensitivity to meet the various printer requirements by application. Our paper is used for POS, ATM, EFTPOS, fax, medical systems, lottery systems, event tickets, enforcement tickets, car park tickets, boarding cards and gaming.

Our range of face stock materials in a variety of weights includes thermal, top coated thermal, vellum, PET film and metalized with specialist coatings to provide the right solution for the application. Release liners are produced with a range of glassine release liners available in blue, white and yellow with a range of weights from 40gsm to 100gsm to suit your application. Plus, we have arrange of paper-based release liners are available for sustainability. We also produce a range of linerless label materials which is the way forward for sustainability. We can also supply laminated sets to your specification combining face stock, adhesive and liner to supply a reel for local converting. The standard bubble used in the market is the small bubble wrap, which has bubbles of 10mm in diameter. Large bubble wrap, on the other hand, contains larger bubbles, which are 20mm in diameter. The industry standard length for rolls of small bubble wrap is 100M, and for large bubble wrap is 50M.
